I offer specific injury treatment as well as more subtle, soothing bodywork to promote general relaxation and balance. I may use a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and lomi lomi strokes along with techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy technique, or reflexology. I also offer bindegewebsmassage, a specialized connective tissue massage technique from Germany that can relieve menstrual cramps and support healthy digestion. I specialize in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, a specialized treatment to address position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs. The work is best known for the correction of the prolapsed, fallen, or tilted uterus and for the prevention and treatment of benign prostate enlargement in men, and for relief of many common digestive disorders.
