For the past twelve years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Behavioral Problems, or Family Issues. My passion is to teach my clients the skills that they need in order to overcome their specific challenges. When you come to my office, you will find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My style is strength-based and together we will create a roadmap to achieve positive changes in your life or your child's life. During sessions and throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to implement therapeutic skills and activities that will help you decrease the symptoms that you are experiencing.
