I was born in Poland and moved with my family to Chicago in 1981. <br />I moved from Chicago to Las Vegas in 1998 and immediately began working on my real estate license and real estate career. <br />I really enjoy working with Buyers and Investors and helping them get the best possible deal and I strive to make it as fun of a transaction for my client as possible. <br />With Sellers, I take pride in heavily marketing their home and getting them top dollar in as short amount of time as possible. <br />I believe in treating my clients like family not just a number. Buying or selling a home is a huge decision and I take this job very seriously. My motto is " I want EVERY Client to feel like the ONLY Client!" <br />Recently with the way the US economy has been hurting, I found a way for my investors to still make money on real estate. I now have a huge network of builders and developers all over the world and am able to show you properties where the market is not hurting and in most cases even have rental guarantees. <br />I am licensed as a Realtor in Nevada as well as Utah. I also hold my Mortgage License in Utah. I have earned my ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) back in 2001.
