My work as a holistic therapist is based on my belief that our mind, body, and soul are connected, and that who we are is directly influenced by the people in our lives. I therefore often prefer to see all family members or invite those close to the individual if it seems helpful to the progress of our work together. Most importantly, I belief, that we all have the potential to lead fulfilled and happy lives. My approach to therapy is mainly influenced by my study of holistic psychology (looking at the whole being), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy (integrating the body), Family Systems, and Yoga Therapy. I provide services for Children Adolescents Couples (monogamous and polyamorous) Families (especially families formed through adoption and blended families) Individuals looking for positive changes
