I have been in real estate for ten years in three different states (California, Washington, and Arizona where I now live.) My focus has been residential resales and new construction sales.My clients have literally come from all over the world: China, Belgium, UK, Canada, and more, so I have the skills and understanding to make relocation clients feel at home in their new city.This past year, I obtained my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) since Arizona is such a mecca for snowbirds, and already my newest over-55 clients have gained the benefit of my additional training.I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, and "mom" to an Old English Sheepdog who takes a lot of my time. Two of my favorite activities are singing in my church choir, and golf.

I know about moving and buying homes, having lived in 3 countries, 2 provinces, and 4 states, and have bought and sold real estate in all these places except my birth country, the UK, which I left at the age of 4.Coming to the USA in 1999 as the wife of a US citizen was more of a culture shock than many people might think. When I started in Real Estate, I quickly discovered an affinity for the international relocation clients I worked with and was named to my Washington company's International Relocation Team. This is work I love, and now that I am in Arizona, it seems appropriate that I continue working with people coming from out of state or country, to spend warm winters (or the rest of their lives!) in the Phoenix metro area.I love winter visitors and I also of course, love working with local residents buying or selling their homes.
