I have owned and operated a successful Nantucket business for over 17 years. Having participated in building numerous houses on Nantucket, I have a great knowledge of the in's and out's of the building process. My husband and I have bought and sold properties throughout the East Coast as well as internationally. <br /><br />I enjoy traveling, dining, and fishing. Watching the vibrant sunsets, strolling the pristine beaches, feeling the misty ocean air, and living on an un-commercialized island are some of the reasons I still call Nantucket home. There is a real sense of peace on Nantucket and I love that the island I grew up on, is now home to my own family. My husband and I have three beautiful children, Felicity, Harper, and J Pepper Frazier III.
