The philosophy that informs my therapeutic approach is derived from various orientations within psychology, however it maintains a primary emphasis on a humanistic-existential perspective. By adopting a depth approach to understanding the complexity of each unique individual I am more apt at treating the external symptoms, while additionally facilitating the deeper growth that is inherent to the human condition. Starting from the therapeutic alliance, I work diligently with each client to realize their own path and develop a relationship that fosters awareness, self-reflection, inspiration, and meaning.
