My career in real estate began in 1988 when I purchased a home to update and resell. I went on to personally purchase, remodel and resell dozens of homes in Eastern Montgomery County.In the early 90s Ibegan to keep some properties and accumulaated more than 70 rental units over a 10 year span. I also served for 7 years as a board member of Diversified Real Estate Investors Group - the largest real estate education group in the tristate area. As the former owner of a small shopping center I negotiated with national tenants such as Blockbuster Video and Radio Shack. Myprimary focus nowis working to assist others in either buying or selling a home. I am very fortunate in that I enjoy every facet of my work in real estate.
