I provide nutrition counseling on a very personalized basis. I focus on the goals and objectives each patient brings. When necessary, I educate patients on how certain aspects of diet affect the exact medical condition(s) or concerns they may have. From there we create a reasonable plan, whether it is establishing a structure or specific aspects of their diet to change, or goals to reach. I help patients to learn how to manage eating healthfully within the context of their life.
