I am a broker/owner of a residential real estate firm based in Wellesley, MA. We serve buyers and sellers in Wellesley, Weston, Needham, Newton, Natick and surrounding areas. <br /> <br />My personal experience in real estate sales extends over 7 years. I have helped clients buy and sell their first homes, their investment properties and their dream homes. In addition to the foregoing traditional real estate sales experience, I have personally restored and renovated five properties in the past ten years. As a result, I have personal relationships with subcontractors and can make recommendations as to whom to use and whom to avoid. I am also a licensed attorney, and as such, have an understanding of agency and just what an agent should do for a principal. <br /> <br />I am currently a Wellesley resident and have one child entering the public schools and a second in a local preschool program. I am originally from Boston and have lived here almost my entire life.
