Hands-On Approach with specific hands-on techniques to achieve specific motion in targeted joints. We have witnessed the improved results that come from manual therapies such as joint and soft tissue mobilization, particularly when used in conjunction with exercises and self-management training. We beleive in a holistic view because pain may be an emotional experience for many people. Therefore we offer the services of a licensed social worker to treat the whole person throughout his/her physical therapy treatment. We don't have any big equipment. Our treatment programs focus on teaching you how to manage and maintain your conditions at home. You will receive an individualized home exercise program without using or purchasing expensive or cumbersome equipment.
