It is important that children are actively involved in therapy. Children learn best when they have a positive fun experience. I strive to maintain a setting where children feel comfortable and are motivated to succeed. I believe in working with children and their families as a team. It is important that families are empowered to work with their child throughout the week to enhance learning of new skills. I strive to share information and strategies with parents and to include family members in therapy activities.
