Received an Award of Distinction for my practicum graduate work in my masters program at American University/NTL. My pro-bono client was a catholic church in the Archdiocese of Baltimore who wanted to re-engage their parishioners. Using Lewin’s Action Research Process, I facilitated the client through the various stages of the process, including creating surveys to gather parishioner insight, and hosting focus groups. The six-month engagement ended with a robust action plan of deliverables created by leadership representatives to re-engage parishioners and re-energize the culture to one of inclusion.
