I work with clients to help them determine what gets in the way of them living more satisfying lives. Sometimes people are clear about why they are struggling, but often clients seek help only after they have taken a number of other steps to feel better, but continue to have difficulties. I see my role as a therapist as being one of collaboration with my client, helping the client to develop more insight into their struggles, so that this insight can be applied to their daily lives.
