Philosophy:

I believe in an integrative approach to treatment. I combine different psychotherapy modalities and pharmacology with complementary techniques. I approach my work holistically, trying to help clients understand the underlying causes of their psychiatric illnesses and empowering them to play an active role in managing their treatment.
