Skills Computer Skills - Through my work experience I've gained a variety of knowledge on programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Adobe and the AS400 system Patience and Understanding -During college I volunteered in a club that gave elderly a chance to benefit through a program we called "Pet Therapy". This helped me understand the psychological and physiological relationships between humans and animals. Benefits of the animal-human relationship includes companionship, balancing of insulin levels, regulation of blood pressure and circulation; in addition to the overall well being of both the animal and the human. Social Organization - During my time in Costa Rica and Panama I collaborated with other members of the Pennsylvania State University to establish environment field problems. Field problems necessitated individuals among the group to be creative in addition to using scientific methods to support a specific hypothesis.
