Philosophy:
Dr. Wheeler is a fellowship trained breast surgical
oncologist and an expert in oncoplastic techniques.
She is a strong advocate for individualized treatment
and helping women take control over how they manage
their disease. She empowers her patients to explore all
their options, laying out the pros and cons of different
treatment plans in terms of what fits best for them.
She works hard to stay current on the latest research
in breast cancer management and enjoys sharing this
knowledge with her patients. Most importantly, she
wants her patients to know she is there for them and
that breast cancer has excellent survival rates.
When not giving 110% to her patients, Dr. Wheeler
unwinds with yoga, painting and running. She enjoys
the company of friends, family and colleagues.
