She enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers to help them reach their real estate goals.<br /><br />As an avid sailor, the charms of life in coastal Rhode Island persuaded Alyce to return to the US after living and working in the UK for over 15 years. After buying a vacation home in Newport in 2004, Alyce became convinced that she wanted to make our wonderful area her permanent home.<br /><br />Alyce brings her extensive client relationship, financial analysis, negotiating and deal making skills to her real estate career. With over 10 years experience working at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, Alyce has a strong track record of meeting – even exceeding – the needs of discerning clients.<br /><br />Alyce has a degree in Economics from Harvard College.<br /><br />While in the UK, Alyce raced in numerous competitive sailing regattas and participated in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. She continues this passion here in coastal Rhode Island and enjoys getting out on Narragansett Bay and beyond whether it is to race or cruise. Most recently she competed in the Newport to Bermuda race.<br /><br />Quickly establishing roots in Rhode Island, Alyce is a member of the Junior League of Rhode Island, the Harvard Club of Rhode Island, the Preservation Society of Newport County, the Redwood Library and Athenaeum, and the Newport Art Museum.
