I work 3 days a week at the hospital, and do real estate when I'm not there. I chose this profession for several reasons. First being I used to do appraisals for a family member, the market tanked so I focused on my full time job. I then purchased a second home, and during the process was amazed at how many Realtors were not interested in me as a person or a customer, but as a pay day if they made my sale. It made me decide that hey I can do this because I love interacting with people, I care about your experience and you as a person, and I have a full time job with benefits, and therefore am not looking at just a sale to get paid, but to make sure you receive the best customer service, and provide advice of what is in your best interest not mine. With that being said I have lived in St. Lucie county from the age of 5. I know of areas that I will never live, based on what vacant land was used for then, and am more than familiar with available jobs, schools, goods and services, and of course entertainment.
