About:
Alison Belknap has over nine years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to working in real estate sales, she worked in the newspaper industry as a real estate marketing executive. In this position, she sold multimedia advertising campaigns exclusively to real estate brokerages and home builders in South Florida. Through this experience, she learned how to effectively market to potential home buyers for both resale and new construction real estate.

<br />When Alison and her husband moved to the Boston in area in 2007, she was committed to growing her real estate career. She quickly immersed herself in the real estate market by purchasing and renovating a condominium in the Mid-Cambridge area where they currently reside today.

<br />Alison is dedicated to making each client’s home sale or purchase an enjoyable experience through clear communication and professional service. Working as a full time real estate agent, she strives to guide her clients through each step of the process while providing relevant information needed to make decisions in today’s market

<br />She holds a B.S. in Business and Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council, and sits on the technology committee for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She is also involved in the Coldwell Banker Cares charity foundation and is a pie seller for Community Servings. Most recently, she was ranked #254 out of 3500 Coldwell Banker Agents in New England with sales of over $6 million in 2009.

<br />Alison enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga and running. She has completed a number of races and recently finished the Atlanta Half Marathon in 2009, the Lowell Half Marathon in 2008 and the Miami ING Full Marathon in 2007.
