I ascribe to a person-centered approach that makes use of interventions based on present-time, solution focused strategies. It's important to me to provide caring feedback, support and encouragement. I specialize in individual therapy, marriage and relationship issues, challenges particular to adolescence, depression, anxiety/panic disorders, addiction, relapse prevention and trauma/ptsd. I have specific training in anger management techniques and have led several groups for both men and women.
