Dr. Alfredo Chavez is a board certified Gastroenterologist and is a Diplomat of the Subspecialty Board of Gastroenterology, a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He completed fellowship in Gastroenterology at Texas A&M University and trained at Scott &White Hospital in Temple, Texas. Throughout his 14 years of experience he upholds a firm commitment to providing state of the art, individualized, ethical and compassionate care. He treats the entire spectrum of gastrointestinal and liver diseases including gastrointestinal bleeding, biliary tract disease, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer disease, GI motility disorders, pancreatic disease, cancers, and benign neoplasms throughout the gastrointestinal and biliary tract.
