I will be serve-safe certified by the middle of November. I have good knife skill. I have had experience with just about all kitchen equipment: such as fryers, flat top grill, boiler, salamander, ovens, and steamer. As well I also have experience working at vauious station in the kitchen: such as prep, saut and cold station for salads and desert bar. Also have experience with the POS system.
