Alexander M. Aboka, MD, MPH, is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopy, sports medicine and shoulder and knee reconstructive surgery. He holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Master in Public Health degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Aboka completed Orthopaedic Surgery Residency training at the University of New Mexico, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at the renowned Cincinnati Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center, with extensive training in sports medicine, advanced arthroscopic techniques for the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip and ankle joints, and shoulder and knee replacement and reconstructive surgery. He has extensive experience working with athletes at all levels, providing sports medicine care for the University of New Mexico Lobos, New Mexico Mustangs and the Cincinnati Bengals.
