My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in his forties and I have elderly grandparents, so I am always being called upon for medical attention. As an emergency physician, I know I am confident and poised to help others without getting stressed out myself. When somebody calls "Is there a doctor here?," I always want to assist people in need. Urgent care allows patients the flexibility to always see a doctor and not have to wait exorbitant amounts of time in emergency rooms.
