It was our first time buying a home and we were nothing short of scared out of our minds as well as confused and full of questions….. after questions ….. after questions. Alan Taylor answered seemingly dozens of questions over the phone even before we met with him or his lender. Just 30 minutes into our first meeting with him we immediately felt we were very fortunate to have discovered him and soon, we forgot what we were so fearful of in the first place. He told us he would guide us every step of the way from beginning to end and that’s exactly what he did. I had no idea that using my VA eligibility could hinder me in any way when shopping for a home but Alan set my expectations very early in the process.
