Interests:
In my previous life before Real Estate, I did oil painting and ceramics, golfed, and was a memeber/officer of numerous school orientated groups. I moved to Montana after graduating from college, because of the snow skiing oportunities and loved it. Nevada offers me great hiking, boating and year round gardening. Roses grow and flourish year round. I am presently on the HOA Board of Directors for my development and am in charge of the landscaping for the community. I find that my interests change over the years. Do I sew, knit or feel that I am a great cook/baker? No! Years ago I did cook and wasn't that bad! .Love to entertain and appreciate the catering business today. Movies were better years ago, I enjoy the mega productions that are offered on the "Strip", but have a great time seeing the smaller productions also. Life is Good! I enjoy everything that is offered.
About:
I moved to Las Vegas from Great Falls, Montana in 1965 as a first grade scool teacher for the Clark County School District . The population of Las Vegas was less than 150,000 at that time. I raised 3 children, numerous cats, dogs, snakes, gerbils and other critters during that period. The kids survived and are doing well. I got my Real Estate Salesman License in 1979 and my Brokers License in 1981. I managed an office for the company for a number of years and then designed and set up the company's Relocation Division ,that I also managed. Today, I am out of management and doing what I like to; best; selling real estate. Even with 29 yrs of experience under my belt, I am still learning with each new "swing" in the real estate market. However, the bottom line is: Sellers need to sell and buyers need to buy regardless of what the market reflexs.
