He is currently assisting the City of Worcester with an implementation plan to<br />meet the requirements of the recently passed Federal Housing Rescue Bill. The bill requires the City<br />of Worcester to implement a Revitalization Strategy with a 2.3 million dollar budget to revitalize<br />foreclosed and vacant properties within 18 months required by federal statute.
