Wells Fargo Gold Coin Q4 2012
Wells Fargo TOG
For superior performance as the Technical Lead for DCM Raised Floor Engineering on the NetZoom Upgrade to v12 Project: Aaron acted as the "go to" technical resource on this enterprise impacting tool upgrade. Preparing for a "big bang" upgrade with 12 sites over one weekend, Aaron worked directly with the vendor & project manager to create and execute a detailed testing plan for the DEV, QA, and PROD environments. Despite a 45 day delay in the vendor release of the software, Aaron worked nights & weekends to test the product, identify bugs, and work directly with the vendor to makes fixes. In addition, he traveled to 5 locations in 5 weeks to personally deliver training. His diligence & attention to detail were rewarded with an uneventful production upgrade weekend and all sites returned to normal operation on schedule. Aaron’s efforts are in keeping with the highest standards of Data Center Mgt and have made a significant contribution to the overall performance of the RFE team.
