The people who come to see me are often hurting, overwhelmed, burned out, stressed out or confused. Some suffer from mood disorders; anxiety, depression, or panic disorders, relationship problems, or problems related to drugs or alcohol. Most have more than one issue to deal with. They may come alone, as part of a couple, or family. They often express feeling like life is just too much to take. Whatever the issue, I provide a safe, non-judgmental place where they can begin healing the hurt.
